The following file has been detected as a possible virus or Trojan of some kind: Downloader_Trojan_SP - by 360support.org. Follow these steps below if this is the first time you encounter a similar issue in your PC or perhaps you are not a new user.

Close any running applications and windows.

Step 3: Restart your PC and log in as Admin.

Step 4: Click on the Start button and type cmd in the search box.

When this opens, you will see a window, press Enter.

Step 5: In the new window, type the following command:

cd %temp%

This will search for the Temp folder and look for any files with the temp extension.

Note: You can also type the text you searched for in the temp folder.

You will see a list of files. Press Enter on each file.

Once you are done, type the following:

del *.temp

Step 6: Quit the cmd window by pressing the Exit button.

Step 7: Check all files in the temp folder. Delete any files with the.temp extension.

Step 8: Delete the files in the following folders:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live\Conflict

Step 9: Start Windows Update. This will restore your PC’s default settings.

Step 10: Launch Device Manager.

Step 11: Find and then delete “Multimedia System Device” under the hardware devices section.

When the troubleshooting is complete, Microsoft Security will always recommend a clean installation of Windows. Click on Install and follow the steps as you normally would.Its the best that we can do at this point. The idea is that there should be

a definite termination date for this deal - either December 31st or 31st of

2005. The deal could be an outright sale but I think that we need the

customers to agree that the sale should be effectuated in a specific amount of

time. I believe that we have a good probability of structuring something

that works but I think that we want to be thoughtful about it.
