Today's Null Byte covers a simple, universal way that you can hack your game saves. However, some game saves cannot be hacked easily, because the developers will sometimes put encryption in place to prevent gamers from modifying online stats and other global statistics.

Then load the game up again with the same file and try not to make ANY changes to the game OTHER than what you are trying to tweak (which could be hard to do) but say get an extra 100 bucks and do nothing else.. save the game in the same spot.

I am only wanting to copy my xbox 360 save to PC. I tried modio, but it said my save files were zero bytes. I used Horizon and it was able to extract them. The PC version of Skyrim says the version of the save game is zero instead of nine. Anyway to fix this?
This one's less of a mod and more of a saved game, but it's a handy tool for players who are tired of restarting over and over again just to try out different classes. The All items - All classes- starter saves mod is a saved profile that contains all of the items in the game in starter-level characters.
It's great for those who don't want to start the game again in New Game Plus just to change their playstyles for a playthrough. Installation is more complicated than a simple mod, however, since Elden Ring is quite strict about its save files. Still, the modders are meticulous enough to include detailed instructions on how to import these saves. Warning: they're not for online use.
Thankfully, for Tarnished who have loved ones or pets that seek their attention in the most inopportune moments, the Pause the Game mod can be a lifesaver. It's not flawless, however, as unpausing will fast-forward animations a bit (as part of the game's timestep programming) so players should make sure not to pause right before or during a boss' combo attack. 2b1af7f3a8
