Male Age Regression ((BETTER))

hi my name is alexandra. I'm 15 years old and have multiple regression ages. I regress to different ages each week and sometimes within the week! to see if it can happen to you, look at my journal! it was set up before i even started...and i do it on the same day as alexandra2014. my journal is linked on the top of my description!

I am seventeen years old and have had regression age since I was five years old. I am a very picky person, I have regressed to three different ages and have to be in the right age, or else it's disastrous. It is very hard to explain to others that I feel I am a three year old girl...sometimes even in my adult years. I worry that I have regressed for so long that it will be too late when I try to get help... I am lucky to have found my journal because it is extremely helpful when I try to get help, I was just wondering how you feel, I know I'm not the only person to have this.

Another thing is that whenever I have a birthday I can't celebrate it because I end up being like a 5 year old. When I'm in that age, it's great and I can't wait to go back into my room and be a kid again. I feel like I'm in a very bad dream but I'm not sure if that's because of the regression ages or if I'm just having a bad day.

I'm 15 and have multiple regression ages. This started when I was around 4 yrs. old and I was playing a board game in my bedroom and it became a really bad memory for me. I see things differently and have to be in that age or else it's traumatic. I find myself acting really immature at times but my brother is older so I don't know what to do about it. My parents keep telling me to grow up but I don't want to because I just want to be like my brother. I'm scared to ask help because I don't know if there is anything I can do about it.
